Kurortny district is called Northern Riviera. The dwelling complex’s location is very convenient: 400 m from the sea, 1 km from the lake Sestroretsky Razliv, 1,5 km from the centre of Sestroretsk, not far from here there is a golf club, a horse-riding club, bars and restaurant. Opposite the dwelling complex there is pine Woodland Park with a famous sanatorium Sestroretsky Kurort which health facilities (swimming pool, therapeutic mud, massage, etc.) can be beneficially used by you and the members of your family.

The dwelling complex is a combination of modern comfort and traditional architecture in the style “Northern Modern” which was frequently used for vacation places of Petersburg aristocrats at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries. The complex includes 10 four-level apartments ranging 100-310 sq.m. A separate entrance, parking, equipped security post and video monitoring. The complex is connected to all communications: independent heat supply (German equipment “VIESSMANN” in the boiler-room), central water supply and sewage system, independent ventilation and conditioning system, fireplaces, and saunas with a swimming pool.
