Located in a quiet place in a low populated resort area. 5 km away from the town centre. Nearby there are sports grounds, yacht clubs, park, sandy beach, supermarkets. The house has got a splendid sea view, just 50 metres from the sea, the Brioni islands are not far.

• Two- storied detached cottage, total area 286 sq.m. for a family of 3-6 people.

• Land plot with total area of 727 sq.m.

• Basement (43 sq.m.), garage, boiling room (gas), household room.

• The ground floor: large living room, kitchen-dining-room, terrace (36 sq.m.)

• Recreation zone, barbeque.

There are solar batteries on the house and a water reservoir (10 cubic m.) with a pomp for watering the land plot.

In august 2011 there was completed a general reconstruction of the house. The reconstruction was performed under a special design project. The furniture (newly purchased furniture items) was chosen under the said design project.
